Traveling to Maui for a week?
Well, my family and I are planning on going to Maui for a week (we don't know when yet), but I want to know where the nicest beaches are. Are the waters clear (I live in California; here's it's dark blue or green O.o)?
My family would like to rent jet-skis and maybe even go zip-lining. If any of you guys have any suggestions (and more), please refer them here!
And my Dad seems to think that you could go dirt biking here.
...You can't, right? (And if you could, are there places to rent them, and where are some good beginner trails?)

hotels will have may papers that advertise these things, you may only be able to jet ski in certain places because of whales.
kihei is a common place for tourist it has many beaches is hot and has hotels and restaurants and stores. the beaches are nice the water is a blue mixed with greens.
i dont believe its seaweed season so there shouldnt be any seaweed especially in kihei. all the beaches are real nice. although the main beaches youll probably go to are a bit crowded but not to bad.
hana is a nice place to visit and its very pretty, although please pull your car over at any available places on the side of the road when locals are behind you. the locals usually will be in worn out looking cars and driving fast. if they are tailing you pull over ASAP .
kaahului is the main town the beaches are only harbors dont go to those beaches. the malls are there and stores too.
lahaina is a long drive but very pretty and has many beaches. its right by t ocean. its similar to kihei.

ps. the weather has been hot but sometimes has been raining and there could possibly be vog (air thats comes from the volcano form the big island)(youll know its vog in the air when its gray and bland looking and it can make you feel tired)
