Shift Motocross Boots

Boots and armpumps problems...?
i just played motocross 3 days ago but i cannot continue because of armpumps, how can i eliminate it? i really like the sport but i cannot enjoy playing because of it and also is it natural that i find it hard to shift gears with my boots, and also i cannot control the rear brake so much..
If your boots are new and stiff which is causing problems, just wear them around the house a bit to soften them up. You can adjust the levers to a different angle making it easier to shift gears, but you may just not be used to the boots
Arm pump can be caused by over gripping on the bike without you realising you are doing so. Try to remember not to have a death grip on the bars when riding. Hydrate well before riding.
You can work out with light weights to strengthen the arms but only light weights. You are better doing more reps than putting on extra weight as that can in fact cause arm pump. Stretch well before you race.
how can you change gears with motocross boots?
i bought a new pair of boots and it is the first time i bought boots because i didn't think it was necessary. but it seems like i can shift gears on my motorcycle easily like the way i do with my regular shoes. also, taking my shin guard off helps me change it a little bit better. but is there a technique or something i have to know in order to change gears with my boots?
You just need to wear the boots in as much as you can. Where them around the house. Another suggestion is to leave them out in the sun for a bit.
You may also be finding it hard as the shoes you wore before would most likely bend so you used just your toes to shift. The boots won't bend at the toe so you have to get accustomed to using the whole foot movement to shift and not just focussing on the toes. Bend at the ankle
